Dr. Nancy Smith
Dr. Nancy Smith was born in Fayetteville, NC, but she grew up an Army brat and has lived all over the world. She received her undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and graduated from Mississippi State's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. She lived and worked in different parts of Florida for 20 years, and is happy to be back in the Carolinas! She takes particular interest in dermatology, internal medicine, and dentistry, as well as the routine vaccinations and wellness care that help our pets live happy, healthy lives.
Outside of work, Dr. Smith loves being outdoors, and can't wait to explore the state parks in the area. She enjoys riding her bicycle and going on treasure hunts in flea markets and antique stores, and loves curling up with a murder mystery book to solve. She also stays busy with one scruffy mutt dog, four cats with varying levels of sanity, a turtle with a serious attitude, and the world's fastest mouse.
