You and your pet are always welcome at Guilford-Jamestown Veterinary Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. All of our clients, both new and returning, are treated like family, with a warm and welcoming visit every time you visit our hospital.
New Client Registration
First thing’s first! If you’d like to bring your pet in for a visit, you will be asked to fill out some basic paperwork on his or her medical history. Whether your cat or dog is old or young, new to you or a lifelong friend, we’ll ask that you fill out our new client form to get us introduced.
To save time in the waiting room, we recommend filling out our New Client Form in advance of your scheduled appointment with us. We offer two convenient ways to get started:
Our veterinarians will give your pet a complete wellness exam and establish a care program that is right for the age and well-being of your pet. If you have a new puppy or kitten, we will do a thorough first exam, including all the necessary vaccinations to get your new pet off to a healthy start. Seniors are also always welcome. We give our senior pets extra love and care and are available to discuss special health issues and end-of-life decisions.
First-time visitors to our hospital are often surprised to see how technologically advanced we are. Our hospital is a showcase for successfully integrating the latest in technology with first-rate care for all of our pet patients. Our veterinarians use iPads during their rounds and share test results, X-ray images, and other information about your pet on the spot, in the exam room.
Our on-site veterinary laboratory allows us to get results quickly so that your pet can get the care he or she needs right away. We also have the ability to perform a wide range of blood tests as well as take digital radiographs (X-rays) of your pet. Finally, we never let our clients leave empty handed. When you bring your pet to us for a checkup, you will always leave with a complete report card of your pet’s health. We may also send you home with some additional reading if your pet has any particular medical or behavioral problem that needs addressing.
Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a first appointment. We look forward to meeting you!
